Full Planning + Coordination
Starting at $15,000
Our most comprehensive planning experience for couples who want support from beginning to end.
We take the lead on vendor research and booking, budgeting, design and décor sourcing, rentals, invitations, timelines, guest logistics, and vendor management while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most.
From the first planning conversations through the final event of the weekend, we manage the details and logistics so your wedding feels cohesive, intentional, and completely your own.
Full Planning begins at $15,000, with final pricing based on the complexity of the wedding and the number of events requiring planning and coordination throughout the wedding weekend.
Partial Planning
Starting at $8,000
For couples who want to be involved in planning their wedding while having professional guidance and support along the way.
We'll help with vendor recommendations, budget guidance, rentals, proposal and contract review, venue walkthroughs, RSVPs and seating, timelines, and the logistical details that come together throughout the planning process.
As the wedding approaches, we take the lead on final vendor communication, ceremony rehearsal, setup, timeline management, and wedding-day coordination. It's a collaborative approach that allows you to enjoy planning your wedding without having to navigate every decision on your own.
Wedding Day Coordination
Starting at $5,000
For couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced team to take it from there.
Beginning two months before the wedding, we'll get fully up to speed on everything you've planned, review vendor details, create your final timeline, and coordinate logistics with your venue and vendor team.
We'll run your ceremony rehearsal and provide a lead planner plus at least one assistant onsite on the wedding day to oversee setup, manage vendors and timing, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and make sure everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. You plan it. We'll bring it all together.
Wedding Design Intensive
Starting at $3,000
For couples who are comfortable managing their own wedding but want professional help creating the design and logistical plan.
Through virtual planning and design sessions, we'll help develop the overall look and feel of your wedding, source décor and rentals, create ceremony and reception floor plans, determine quantities, and build a detailed wedding-day timeline.
Once everything is complete, you'll receive a comprehensive design and logistics plan with layouts, sourcing information, quantities, and recommendations that you can hand directly to your venue and vendor team for execution.
This service does not include vendor booking, ongoing vendor management, or onsite wedding day coordination.
